The XXVI. German Congress of Philosophy will take place in Münster from 22 to 26 September 2024 under the motto #digital | thinking. The German Congress of Philosophy is one of the largest and most significant philosophical events in Germany and Europe. In the context of the ongoing digital transformation and the increasing use and spread of artificial intelligence, this year’s congress will invite participants to reflect on the challenges that these developments pose for philosophy.
Prof. Dr. Ruth E. Hagengruber will be accompanied by members of the Center she directs, which has been dedicated to researching the history of women philosophers since its inception. The Center’s works combine analogue material with digital tools to guarantee a sustainable protection and worldwide online access to sources by female authors.
