We are excited to announce the forthcoming publication of the book EcoTechGender: Women and their Body, edited by Dr. Jil Muller (University of Paderborn, Germany).
Women’s rights over their own bodies is one of the most pressing issues. International authors from philosophy, literature, art, architecture, and gender studies address the topic from a variety of perspectives, reaching beyond the stereotypes of classical feminism, and beyond “motherhood” and “sex/gender.” The book offers both a comprehensive entry point to a complex topic, and at the same time will inspire further critical analysis.
The volume emerged from the international conference Women and their Body, held as part of the New Voices Talk Series 2022/23 at the Center for the History of Women Philosophers and Scientists.
