History of Philosophy and Feminism & Middle Ages/ Renaissance

Thankfully we can cover a broad spectrum of topics at the New Voices Conference. If you are particularly interested in History of Philosophy and Feminism & Middle Ages/ Renaissance you can visit the Zoom rooms two and three. There will be talks on both days, the 25th and 26th of February. Of course, you are free to jump between the rooms and listen to different talks. You also have the opportunity to listen to one topic and experience many perspectives on it from different talks.

The History of Philosophy and Feminism Zoom ends specifically on the 26th at 11 am after that the Zoom room will cover talks on Antiquity. Generally, you will be able to listen to presentations on Women Philosophers from different cultures and time periods.

Zoom room 3  will be on Middle Ages/ Renaissance on both days. You will listen to talks on The Philosophical Discussion on Love and how a women philosopher’s perspective could have changed it, Anne Conway, Christine de Pizan, Marguerite Porete, Skeptical Strategies and Female Humanism.

We hope you enjoy the variety of the talks and look forward to seeing all participants there. You can still register at contact@historyofwomenphilosophers.org.
