Giulia works primarily on the intersection between philosophy of language and metaphysics. The aim of her research is to understand the relationship between three fundamental kinds of entities: objects in the world, thoughts about those objects, and language about objects and thoughts. She is interested in theories of contents and facts in Early Analytic Philosophy, in particular those of Dorothy Wrinch and the early Susanne Langer.
