My interest is in the early followers of phenomenology and their take on eidetic analysis (Wesensanalyse or Wesenswissenschaft) as a method to get back to the things themselves. In my research, I understand early phenomenology as a collective effort and a method that does not subscribe to any transcendental or psychological requirements, enabling an open philosophical discourse about what constitues the essence of psychological, sociological and ethical phenomena.
