SUMMARY:Rewriting the History of Philosophy: The Women Chapters
DESCRIPTION:The Teaching and Research Area History of Women Philosophers at the University of Paderborn headed by Prof. Dr. Ruth Hagengruber invites the interested public to a workshop on “Rewriting the History of Philosophy: The Women Chapters“ where women philosopher’s thought and action will be discussed by Sarah Hutton\, Ruth Hagengruber\, Andreas Blank\, Silvana d‘Alessio\, and Julia Lerius. \nThis workshop is the continuation of the interdisciplinary project “Philosophy in Theatre“ which was launched by Prof. Dr. Ruth Hagengruber\, Prof. Dr. Dr. Gerhard E. Ortner\, Ulrich Lettermann\, and Bernhard Koch. Two student productions “Cut it out” and “Gott und der Fussel” will be performed. These performances were first presented in the summer event “Philosophy in Theatre”.
